This is a rare opportunity to learn from Dr. Estés in person, the three
essential principles for sustaining a strong and bright fire in your creative life.
Using her finely tuned storytelling gifts to guide the day, she will help us find what summons us, ignites and lifts us, so
that we can bring it forth by creating in our own--not derivative--but rather in our special own, one-of-a-kind, original voice.
Regardless of the mediums we create in—through dance, writing, forming community, healing arts, business endeavors for non-profit and for profit-- we sometimes exhaust our spirits or lose our way. Our intention is well meaning, but we may be inconsistent, allowing oursevles to fall. By being gently pushed, encouraged and guided over the threshhold into productive activity daily, by creating daily acts that truly answer the summons we hear both in sudden inspiration and in night dreams, we will succeed. Dr. Estés offers us transmissions from her own hard-won, four-plus decades of exprience as a hugely productive creative worker standing in the creative fire. She will speak to your spirit about renewal of vows to create, about understanding where and how we veer from best intention, becoming distracted from the Voice that is greater than voice alone.
Rather than focusing on 'what' we are creating only, she will help us rediscover that we ARE both the creation and the creator, along with Creator...and that even in our times of wasteland and bewilder, as in our times of fire and thunder...we are always in the process of creation.
Be prepared for a day filled with inspiration, exploration of your deepest gifts and practical tools you will be able to use for creating 'down to the bones' in everything you do.
