ACCOMMODATIONS

If you are registered for and participating in the training, please contact Sunrise Ranch to register for your accommodations. Fees include three healthy meals and one snack per day. Single, double, and dorm rooms available, as is camping. Click HERE to contact Sunrise Ranch. Please note: people must be participating in the training to stay at Sunrise Ranch and have meals there during the training. The same is true for single rooms at the hotel block reserved for participants.

TRANSPORTATION TO SUNRISE RANCH

The local airport is Denver International Airport. Sunrise Ranch is approximately 2 hours north west from the airport. Shared ride shuttles run regular schedules from DIA to Sunrise Ranch. Expect about a 2 hour shared ride from the airport to Sunrise Ranch. Contact GREEN RIDE. By phone call 970-226-5533. Mimi's Ride also runs vans. SCHEDULE and COMMUNICATION

Intensive begins at 7:00PM MT Tuesday, October 16th, with registration and check in from 1:00PM-5:00PM and dinner at 6:00PM.  The trianing ends on the last day, Sunday, October 21st, after lunch. You will receive a schedule, information and logistics, and travel, climate, what to bring, Ranch information and more,  by email over the next months. If you have questions please do not hestiate to contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • Cancellation of deposit: $100 fee per person if cancelled before deadline of July 16th. After this date, non refundable.
  • Cancellation within 60 days of training: $300 per person.
  • Cancellation witnin  30 days of training: $500  per person.
  • For cancellation within 1 week of the training or  for failure to show up to register,   no refund will be given.
  • Refunds may take up to three weeks to process and may be paid by check.

    TRANSFERS:

    Transfers can be made up to 3 weeks before training begins
    Transfers to another training are one time only and non-refundable
    $100 transfer fee will apply to all transfers
    Transfers have to be made at the time of cancellation and for the same training the following year
