Registration, Cancellations, and rEFUNDs- STOry as medicine™ 2025

REGISTRATION

Dr. Estés Réyes’ trainings generally fill within hours of opening registration. If you wish to attend trainings in a future year, be sure to sign up for her email list to be notified when the trainings open. We suggest you register for your space as soon as possible when you get the notification. 

As a private organization, we have the practice of screening people who we think will be a good match to our new content each year. The application and screening is our usual practice for decades now. This is part of the registration process, and usually involves setting up a brief phone conversation after you register.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Our cancellation policies are created and maintained largely due to the extensive waitlist that develops for each training, and the fact our groups are intentionally kept small. In light of this, we ask registrants to let us know as soon as possible if cancellation is necessary. Even more important, please register only if you are sure (barring the unforeseen) you can and will come to the training.

You will receive a due date for your tuition balance when you register, and balances are indicated on each training home page. We will send out one reminder before the balance is due. If the balance is not received by this deadline you will forfeit your deposit and registration.

  • A $500 deposit is required to register. The deposit is refundable less $100 cancellation fee up to 4 weeks after you register. After that the deposit is non refundable.

    • The final tuition balance ($1625) will be due Monday April 7, 2025

    • 50% of the balance ($837.50) is refundable if cancelled before May 5, 2025

    • No refunds if cancelled after May 5, 2025.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the final cancellation deadline, or if you fail to show up to registration.

  • Please note: We will only process cancellations for tuition. Service fee is non refundable. You are responsible for canceling your own accommodations and travel.

  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email sent to register@mavenproductions.com. Please do not call to cancel your registration, as we need a written record of this request.

  • Refunds requiring a wire transfer will be charged $25 USD.

  • Refunds may be paid by check and may take up to three weeks to process.

  • By registering for these trainings you agree to all guidelines, policies, agreements and cancellation fees.
